RENTAL APPLICATION and RULES & REGULATIONS

Each applicant wanting to be a lease holder must submit an application. Please note there is a $35 fee required before processing each application. Below you can download and print the application and Rules and Regulations.  Please bring your application or mail the application and application fee to Osborn Properties, 100 Regency Centre, Collinsville, Il 62234.  Our units are on a first come first serve basis.  Please call the office at 618-346-7878 prior to mailing in your application to check for availability.
